The IAP-INANOMAT network funded by the Belgian Science Policy (BELSPO) extends a cordial invitation to all researchers with an interest in advanced complex nanomaterials, to participate in the International Symposium on Advanced Complex Inorganic Nanomaterials (ACIN 2011) that will be held in Belgium from September 11 to 14, 2011. ACIN 2011 is a three days scientific meeting organised jointly by the Universite Catholique de Louvain (UCL) and the University of Namur (FUNDP).
ABSTRACTS
The researchers are encouraged to submit an abstract of their most recent researches related to one the four following topics:
1) Nano-sized and nano-structured Materials: Fundamental Aspects, Surface Science Mechanisms, Theoretical Models and Characterization.
2) Advanced preparation methods: New precursors, New methods including Sol-Gel processing, New materials, Processing and Shaping.
3) Templated and Self-assembled (porous) materials including MOFs and hybrid materials
4) New Applications and New Properties: Chemical (catalysis, sensors, gas storage) and Physical (magnetism, conductivity, optics, spin crossover , ...) properties and applications in fuel cells, solar cells, batteries, ...
